Willow Lodge is unique in both size and style at Pinecroft. It offers two bedrooms (double and twin) sleeping up to four guests with gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and WiFi included. Inside there is an open plan living, kitchen, and dining area. Outside you can enjoy the furnished front patio or the larger side seating area.
Inside, there is a stylish open plan living, kitchen, and dining area. The living area includes a wall-mounted Smart TV set, a spacious sofa for four and additional stools at the breakfast bar. The living area also offers lovely views across communal grassed areas, making it perfect for couples, small families, or friends. The dining area has breakfast bar seating for four which overlooks the kitchen.
The holiday lodge has two bedrooms including a master double with wood-clad walls, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a walk-in wardrobe leading to a private en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds and is located opposite the main bathroom that features a large shower, sink, and LED mirror.
Outside you can enjoy the furnished front patio or the larger side seating area.

All lodges have free wifi. (However, due to our rural location please note that download speeds are limited).
Letting periods:
Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday (7 nights in each case). Short breaks are from Friday to Monday (3 nights) or from Monday to Friday (4 nights). Short breaks are not generally available during the North Yorkshire school Easter, Summer, Christmas or half-term holidays.
Dogs:
Well-behaved dogs are welcome (to a maximum of 2 per lodge). Please add £30 per short break and £60 per week to bring 1 or 2 dogs. In the interests and safety of all our guests, please note that dogs must be kept on a lead at all times while on-site.
Check in and check out times:
Check in is from 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is by 10 am on the date of your departure
