Terms and Conditions - Lodges Sleeping up to 6 People (Willow, Pine, Spruce, Cedar, Larch and Rowan Lodges)

Consideration must be shown to other guests and to neighbours of Pinecroft at all times. In particular, music must not be audible outside any lodge at any time.

Unless otherwise agreed “you” means the person making the booking. “We” or “us” means Pinecroft Lodges Ltd.

A request to make a booking constitutes an offer by you to take a letting of one or more of the lodges for the period and number of occupants specified. We may accept such an offer at our absolute discretion. Any such acceptance will be confirmed in writing.

A deposit of £100.00 per week or short break is payable at the time of booking, the balance being payable eight weeks in advance of check in date. If the booking is made within eight weeks of check in, full payment is payable at time of booking.

Bed linen is provided but not towels. A travel cot (but not linen) and baby chair are provided at no extra cost if required. Pets are accepted by agreement at an additional cost. Full central heating is included. All buildings are no smoking.

Whilst you will be liable for the full price of the letting from the date of confirmation of booking, in the event of a cancellation, if we re-let the lodge(s) booked for the dates of your booking we will reduce the amount of the balance (but not the deposit) payable by you by the amount received by re-letting. Deposit payments are one hundred percent non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

We advise that you obtain holiday insurance against the possibility of cancellation.

You will indemnify us against any claims, costs (including legal costs), losses or expenses incurred by us as a consequence of the acts or omissions of you or any member of your party.

Check in time is from 4 pm on the date of commencement of booking. Lodges must be left clean and ready for the next occupants by 10 am on the last morning of your stay and we reserve the right to charge for any cleaning that may be necessary.

Whilst on site we regret that fire pits, electric scooters, go carts, drones, or any other item not made available by Pinecroft Lodges Ltd and which could cause damage or injury to any other guest may not be used.

Terms and Conditions – Holly Lodge

All bedding is provided in Beech lodge but guests should bring towels.

Unless otherwise agreed “you” means the person making the booking. “We” or “us” means Pinecroft Lodges Ltd.

Most Bank holiday weekend bookings are for a minimum of 3 nights. Easter Bank Holiday weekend and all other bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights. For weekend bookings the Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together.

A deposit of £200 is payable upon booking, the balance of the price being payable eight weeks in advance of check in date. If the booking is made within eight weeks of check in, full payment is payable at time of booking.

Beech is a no smoking building and we regret that we cannot accept pets.

Terms and Conditions – Fire Pit Area

The fire pit area must be booked in advance of use and is available for the exclusive use of one lodge per day. We cannot guarantee availability during your stay.

Guests can access the fire pit from midday on the booked date and for the consideration of other guests on site the fire pit must be vacated by 10.30pm.

Please do not cook over the fire. We provide a BBQ in each lodge for cooking, which guests can bring to the outside of the fire pit area if required. For safety reasons these must not be brought inside the fire pit area.

As part of your booking we will supply a bag of logs and kindling, which should allow around three hours of burn time.

If you require further logs, there is an honesty box and logs by Timberlodge garage at the bottom right corner of the site as you enter. An additional bag of logs costs £10

It is imperative that you do not collect wood from living trees around the site, nor from the ground

The metal container will get extremely hot. Please take care. Fire is inherently dangerous. The safety of all guests using the fire pit area is the sole responsibility of the person booking the fire pit area as the firepit area will not be supervised by a member of staff of Pinecroft Lodges.

Please act with consideration of all other guests on site and keep noise to a minimum in the evening as the fire pit area is central to the park.

As safety is essential to us, we reserve the right to remove access to the fire pit area if any of these terms and conditions are not followed. Thanks for your consideration.

Terms and Conditions – Timberlodge

Timberlodge is immediately adjacent to a camp site and is close to a farm house and a caravan park. Consideration must be given to these neighbours and to other guests of Pinecroft at all times. In particular, music must not be audible outside the building at any time. No noise after 10.30pm.

In the case of a booking by a limited company, “you” means the company. In all other cases, “you” means the group leader or contact making the booking. “We” or “us” means Pinecroft Lodges Ltd

A request to make a booking constitutes an offer by you to take a letting of Timberlodge for the period and number of occupants specified. We may accept such an offer at our absolute discretion.

All bookings are for exclusive use of Timberlodge.

Weekend bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights and bank holiday bookings are for a minimum of 3 nights.

A deposit of £300 is payable upon booking, the balance being payable eight weeks in advance of check in date. If the booking is made within eight weeks of check in, full payment is payable at time of booking.

Pinecroft Wifi Terms and Conditions

Free wifi is available for you to use for the duration of your stay at Pinecroft subject to the terms and conditions below. It is intended to be suitable for general web browsing and e-mail (only). As we are situated in a rural area, connection speeds are limited and are not suitable for streaming or making video calls

The wifi is provided by Pinecroft (described as “we” or “us” below).

By using the wifi, you agree that:

You will:

  • Act lawfully – do not act in any way that could be unlawful or encourage others to act unlawfully. In particular, do not infringe intellectual property rights, do not reveal confidential or sensitive information and do not engage in any criminal offence or encourage others to do so.
  • Act responsibly – you must not undertake actions that are harassing, defamatory, threatening, obscene, abusive, racist, sexist, offensive or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate. Do not pretend to be anyone other than yourself. Do not collect email addresses or other personal details or use the wifi to send spam.
