With its open plan living and dining area plus adjoining kitchen, Spruce Lodge is popular with families looking to spend some quality time together. Take in the wide ranging views of parkland and trees from the living room windows or Spruce’s own outdoor space, or simply relax in the lodge’s comfy living area. The options are all yours on your break in Spruce Lodge.
Inside:
The lodge is bright and welcoming. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need for your self-catering break including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave oven, toaster and kettle. The dining area offers a table and chairs for six, while in the lounge area there is comfortable seating (including a sofa bed), a coffee table, a television with free view channels and a DVD/CD player. The bathroom benefits from a bath with electric shower over it – please bring your own towels or alternatively add towel rental to your booking.
Travel cots (but not cot bedding) and high-chairs are also available on request free of charge.
Outside:
There is a veranda from which to enjoy the attractive grounds as well as outdoor seating and a picnic table for al fresco dining.
Pinecroft also has a covered fire pit area for guests to enjoy during their stay. This can be booked exclusively for your group in advance of your stay either by phone or email.
Apologies but because of the wooden nature of our lodges disposable BBQs and portable fire pits are not permitted.
In case you need to do some laundry, there is a shared automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer on site.
Wifi:
All lodges have free wifi. (However, due to our rural location please note that download speeds are limited).
Letting periods:
Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday (7 nights in each case). Short breaks are from Friday to Monday (3 nights) or from Monday to Friday (4 nights). Short breaks are not generally available during the North Yorkshire school Easter, Summer, Christmas or half-term holidays.
Dogs:
Well-behaved dogs are welcome (to a maximum of 2 per lodge). Please add £30 per short break and £60 per week to bring 1 or 2 dogs. In the interests and safety of all our guests, please note that dogs must be kept on a lead at all times while on-site.
Check in and check out times:
Check in is from 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is by 10 am on the date of your departure
